Doctors and nutritians say "You are what you eat."
When they said this, most of the time they are referring to the food, the food that you choose to eat. Today, I would like to share with another perspective of "You are what you eat.", that is, the mood when you are eating.
You must have experiences that when you are in bad mood, no matter how delicious the food in front of you is, you eat it without too much taste and take a long time to eat just a little. In fact, this will become a vicious circle - you eat bad, so bad absorption of nutrients, leadig to worse health, leading to difficult recovery from bad mood.
Similar to you can choose the food, you can also choose the mood when you eat. IT IS YOUR CHOICE, AND YOU CAN CHOOSE.
So from now on, whenever you eat, eat happily. Enjoy the food. Enjoy the people eating eating together with you. Evem if you are eating alone, enjoy the "strangers" around you at other tables. They can be a piece of your memory, a trace of history or a life-mirror to you.
